This notice explains, under Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), how the personal data of people who use Ai to App is processed.

Card numbers are not processed or stored by Ai to App; payment is taken on the licensed payment institution's secure page.

3. How Data Is Collected

Data is collected electronically, by automatic or partly automatic means, through account and payment forms, the files you upload, contact and report forms, and cookies.

4. Transfers

Data is shared only for the purposes above and only as needed with: service providers that help run the service, such as hosting, network security and email; the licensed payment institution that processes payments; and competent public authorities on request. Some of our providers may have servers abroad; such transfers are made in line with Article 9 of the KVKK.

5. Retention

Data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the periods set by law, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

6. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information if it is
Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly
Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom data is transferred
Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
Request deletion or destruction, and that corrections or deletions be notified to recipients
Object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems
Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
