Do I need to send you my project files?

No. First write your project's address and the warning you saw; if anything else is needed, we will tell you what to share.

I don't know how to code, so how do I describe the problem?

It is enough to write in your own words what you were trying to do and what you saw on the screen. You can copy the text of the warning and paste it into your message.

How do I know my message arrived?

When the form is submitted, you will see a confirmation message on the screen. Our reply will go to the email address you entered in the form.
