This policy explains what personal data Ai to App processes, why, and what rights you have.
Data We Process
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Account details: name, email address, password (stored only as a hash) | To create your account and let you sign in |
| Files you upload and their analysis | To check, build and publish your app |
| Environment variable values you enter | To run your app; stored encrypted and never shown again |
| Build and application logs | To show you what happened while publishing and while your app runs |
| Technical data such as IP address, browser and request logs | To keep the service secure and fix problems |
| Abuse reports: the reason and the text you write; your IP address only as a one-way hash | To count distinct reporters and act on abuse |
| Messages you send us | To answer you |
We don't sell personal data and don't use the contents of your apps for advertising.
Your Visitors' Data
Data that your app collects from its own visitors belongs to you; you are responsible for it and for informing your visitors. We process it only to host your app.
Cookies
We use cookies that are needed to sign in and run the site, and with your consent, cookies that measure visits. Details are in our Cookie Policy.
How Long We Keep Data
- Account data: as long as your account is open.
- Uploaded files: the live version of your app (the old one is deleted when a new version goes live); when you delete an app, its files, environment variables and databases are deleted.
- The address (subdomain) of a deleted app is kept, without content, so it is never given to someone else.
- Logs and abuse reports: as long as needed for security and to handle reports.
Who We Share Data With
Only with service providers that help us run Ai to App, such as infrastructure and email providers, and with authorities when the law requires it. Payments for paid plans are processed by a licensed payment institution; we don't store your card number.
Your Rights
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing and ask where it was shared. Write to [email protected]. Our KVKK information notice is here.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top and, for important changes, tell account holders by email.
