These terms apply to your use of Ai to App ("we"). By creating an account or uploading a project you accept them.
1. The Service
Ai to App reviews the projects you upload, reports any problems it finds, and publishes static sites and server apps, with databases where needed, at an aitoapp.com address. Features and limits depend on your plan, as described on the Plans page.
2. Your Account
You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country.
3. Your Content
You keep all rights to the code and content you upload. You give us the permission needed to store, analyze, build and serve it in order to provide the service. You confirm that you have the right to publish it and that it follows our Acceptable Use Policy.
You are responsible for your app, including the data it collects from its visitors, its security and the laws that apply to it.
4. Fix Suggestions
Check results and error explanations are generated automatically. Review the changes your AI assistant makes; we don't guarantee that a fix will suit your project.
5. Free Plan
Sites and apps on the free plan carry a small link that lets visitors report abuse. Free resources are limited and may be changed with notice.
6. Paid Plans
Current prices for paid plans are published on the Plans page. The billing period, renewal and cancellation terms are shown before you subscribe.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or remove an app, or close an account, that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, puts visitors at risk or endangers the service. You can delete your apps and close your account at any time. Deleting an app permanently removes its files, environment variables and databases.
8. Availability and Backups
We work to keep the service running but don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copy of your source code and export important data from your app regularly.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and can't be waived.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will publish the new version on this page and tell account holders by email about important changes before they take effect.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are settled by the courts and enforcement offices of İzmir, without prejudice to consumer rights to apply to consumer arbitration committees or courts.
